The heads can clip on some items (like balaclava) but most items looks good To install this mod, drop the folder in the zip into user/mods. Use these models with this mod to easily change heads: WTT - HEAD AND VOICE SELECTOR

It’s possible. It does look weird with hands and arms though. But maybe people would not care about that.

Personally I wouldn’t care but I understand either way. Oh and gloves hide some of it too.

No that would need a client mod. This server mod ONLY modifies visual assets.
