I've been creating digital art for 20+ years. Learned modding Tarkov two years ago.
I know you said you wouldn’t update green , white and sandcore… but I miss them… BSG haven’t put any skins yet and their skin mecanics is lacking to say the least… and you models and skin was so smooth, still would like a darker less blueish MCX
Man, your mods are just epic. I’m literally holding off 3.11 until they’re available - just rocking my 3.10 with all your mods.
What blows my mind is how efficient your mods run given the absolute chonk of them 😂. Shame BSG did a madness and made all previous work incompatible and caused SDK issues. I have a little coding experience (very little), but if you need any grunt work doing, reach out 🙌
Thank you they will be back but not the sand, green and white core. BSG will soon add skins to weapons! Painter TGc and blackcore will be back very soon for 3.11. I will reach out if I need any help. Creating some decent quests for painter is always welcome.
Just saying it as I see it, like all credit to you because the hours of effort you obvs put in to making a game more enjoyable for a community is crazy. Aww.. lol, sand has always been my fave as you can really make some slick Brit Army looking character loadouts, but guessing skins will replace the need for this? Which is mad! Never though BSG would do that, guess it makes sense if they want some monetization beyond the initial purchase (sucks everything is going drip fed for cash nowadays).
Yeah definitely do! I’ll happily do what I can to lessen the burden even very slightly. Quests, sure, do you have any kind of like set narrative you want with Painter? (for eg, painter finds that specialist weapon painting supplies for weather & corrosion resistance have become hard to find increasing their value as PMCs weapons are malfunctioning in the field - painter needs you to locate and retrieve a suspected cache on Reserve to ensure his partners stay ahead of the curve) or do you see him as more of “kill my competitors” kind of guy?
Or one thing that would help the most right now would be making a list of every item that is broken in the new version of BlackCore and TGC. Some items are messed up because of new scripts added by BSG.
