Features

  • Toggleable screenshot button in the inspect panel. Captures a screenshot of the item with transparent background (Documents\Escape from Tarkov\Screenshots). Thanks to Tarkin for his TarkinItemExporter example.

  • Move the item freely within the window
  • Lighting rotation

Controls

  • Double-click anywhere in the window — toggle fullscreen
  • Left mouse drag — rotate the item
  • Right mouse drag — rotate lights around the item
  • Mouse scroll wheel — zoom in/out
  • Middle mouse drag — move the item

Installation

  1. Unzip the downloaded file.
  2. Drag and drop the BepInEx folder into your root directory.

I get errors on some weapons when I inspect them. These 3 that I have, I looted from the PMCs. I also get these errors on some weapons in game when I’m looting and inspecting the weapons.

To be honest, I’m not 100% sure if this issue is caused by your mod, but this is the only mod that I use that does item preview QOL.

Edit: Forgot to say that SPT Server is not showing any errors!

It’s definitely not my mod. It looks like you have another mod installed that adds some custom weapon modifications.

Yes, I noticed a few days ago that it only happens with AR Knight Armaments parts, but I don’t know from which mod they are, or if another mod is causing this, because the server is not reporting any errors…

Small bug. When we inspect item in handbook, then we cant rotate item. At least very often it is so.

What folder are the screenshots saved under?

standart tarkov folder for screenshots. for me its C:\Users\user\Documents\Escape from Tarkov\Screenshots

I’m not sure if it’s sending the screenshots to another directory or if another mod is interfering with the plugin. When I press the screenshot button in the inspect panel nothing is sent to that directory. The screenshot notification that pops up whenever you press the screenshot key-bind doesn’t pop up, and there are no errors in the console either.

ok, try the new version. I think it might have been caused by the item’s name. I’ve fixed it. Do you remember which item you were trying to screenshot?

New version works perfectly!

Previously I was trying to screenshot the 6.5 Creedmoor SR-25 and the TTI Pit Viper that were part of a mod pack and I thought maybe the plugin had trouble with modded items, so I tried it with an Iskra ration pack and a few other vanilla game items to no avail.
