TTC 3.0.2 — Non-English locale fix

Fix

  • Quest text garbled on non-English clients — Players using Chinese, Korean, Russian, or any non-English game language saw raw locale keys (e.g. e2a7f99d463aef2fadd2166e name) instead of quest names and descriptions. Quest text now displays correctly on all 17 supported languages. Text remains in English as a fallback.
