My Personal Overhaul To SPT Shuffling the Pistols/Shotguns/SMGs to balance the amount of weapons per caliber type. Also Made a custom APBS Loadout Preset around pistol battles to be used Making this a perfect Overhaul for a New Hardcore Playthrough

Main Mod Summary
-Pistols/SMG/Shotgun Calibers have been Shuffled around to even out guns-per-caliber ratio

REALISM MEDICAL BALANCE
Adjusted med durability and other changes directly to help bridge the gap for those who found Realism Med system too difficult.
- Surgery kits are the only way to concentrated heal an individual limbs HP over a decent time period. (like pulling bullet out) (how realism works)
- Also limbs now come back 100% max possible HP after being Blacked-out. (my changes)
- Surgery Kits now have a lot of HP 50-60 for more surgeries when health is low on only one limb and not enough to use drugs on (slow limb) (my changes)
- Drugs/Pills heal the whole body over a period of time (really slowly body) (how realism works)
- Painkillers now slowly heal the whole body over time and provide slight damage reduction (to you) followed by damage increase change chance (to you) (my change)
- Realism, has 4 types of bleeds: Light bleed limb, Light bleed torso, Heavy bleed limb, Heavy bleed torso. (how realism works)
- Medical packs like ‘Salewa’ are now just big bandage/tourniquet/chest-seal/Hemostatic/splint packs. (how realism works)
- Sigle use items have been buffed to be slightly more uses (2-3). (my changes)
- Both single use bandages can heal a heavy bleed now but consume 2HP to do so. (my changes)

APBS Custom Loadout Summary
SCAV
- Mainly pistols/revolvers with some shotguns.
- Low tier drip/belts with some soft armor.
- Head protection and respirators are rare.
- Low tier Meds.
PMC
- Mainly pistols with Some Shotguns and SMG’s.
- Low tier drip/belts with Plate Carriers.
- Head/Face protection and gas masks are consistent, But no air-filters in gas masks
- Mid to Low tier Meds
RAIDER/GUARDS
- Mainly SMG’s & full-auto pistols with some Low tier Rifles.
- Mid to High tier drip/belts with Plate Carriers.
- Head/Face protection and gas masks are consistent, with gas air-filters
- Mid to High tier Meds.
BOSSES
- Mainly Assault Rifles with Some Special Weapons.
- Highest tier drip/belts with Bulky Armored Vests.
- Highest tier Head/Face protection and gas masks are consistent, with gas air-filters
- Highest tier Meds
Install and Setup (Required Mods)
The following Mods are Required for my Overhaul to Work
5 - RealMo2 - 3 SAA Cylinders - make sure this file goes in after Peacemaker or it will result in an error (they have the same name ‘choccy-saa’ so its easy to make this mistake!)
6 - GrooveypenguinX - WTT Pack ‘n’ Strap
8 - Trenchf00t - Scav Armbands
10 - EpicRangeTime - All in One
11 - probablyEukyre - Consortium
12 - Tron - WTT Armory
13 - AmightyTank - Masssive Soft - if you cant download version 0.2.0 then download one back 0.1.9. should work too.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Download the mods listed Above and install them
2- After that just drag and drop my mod into your game directory. it will also replace the config files for APBS.
3- Please make a new character as this can potentially break your old characters inventory due to items being a different size.
4- In your SPT Launcher Go to ‘Setting -> Clean Temp Files’ this will update the Inventory Item Sprites.

Hot fix for compatibility with the new version of APBS 1.9.1 adding:
- Plate Class weighted selection is now available to configure (no longer hard coded)
-also fixed the spawn error for supari 46 with boss followers

I am having an issue when I buy a weapon from a trader my stash stays continuously loading and I can’t move anything in my stash it’s only fixed by closing and opening the game each time I buy a weapon.

Will there be a standard caliber version of APBS presets in the future?
This isn’t really my concern, nor my say.
But I would confirm that this mod is technically allowed to exist.
If it requires realism, and this is a 3.11 Mod, There is no Official 3.11 Realism Update yet..
It’s considered a 3rd Party Mod until Realism is updated, thus this mod technically can’t exist as long as it requires Realism.
Testing Releases, are called **testing** releases… just before you say it’s there.
