Version Notes

This release is not compatible with SPT 3.11.x. This release requires version 4.0.2 of SPT. This release requires at least version 2.2.0 of the ‘Show Me The Money‘ mod.

Changes in this release:

  • “Can only sell items with ‘Found in Raid’ tag” setting in SPT/SVM is now taken into account by the mod.

For those who downloaded v2.2.1 - I deleted v2.2.1 from the forge, because it had a bug that you could no longer sell non-fir items to traders when the setting was enabled. This is fixed in this new version.

What does it do?

It allows you to quickly sell items from your inventory to traders or on the flea market using a configurable keyboard shortcut and the left, middle or right mouse button. By default…

  • Q + Left-mouse click => Sell to trader
  • Q + Right-mouse click => Sell on flea market
  • Q + Middle-mouse click => Sell at the best price (trader or flea market)

The configuration settings from the “Show Me The Money” SPT-mod are taken into account by this quick-sale companion mod.

Requirements

Installation

Extract the contents of the .zip or .7z file into your SPT directory.

You should end up having the following files copied to your SPT directory:

- C:\yourSPTfolder\BepInEx\plugins\com.swiftxp.spt.showmethemoney.quicksell\SwiftXP.SPT.ShowMeTheMoney.QuickSell.Client.dll
If you use the Fika headless client

There is no need to install anything to your Fika headless client for this mod to work properly. I would actually recommend to NOT install my mod on your Fika headless client. This also means that I recommend to add my mod to your Exclusions.json, if you use Corter’s Mod Sync. Please see his FAQ on how to add sync-exclusions.

Configuration

Please use the BepInEx configurator to configure features of the mod (usually accessible by pressing F12 or F1 when you are in-game):

  • Quick-selling is only possible from the inventory-screen for now.

What does it do?

  • Q + Middle-mouse click => Sell at the best price (trader or flea market)

The configuration settings from the “Show Me The Money” SPT-mod are taken into account by this quick-sale companion mod.

UIFixes v4.2.2 or later by Tyfon is supported and with the help of multi-selection, several items can be sold at the same time. Items of the same type are bundled automatically when selling on the flea market.

Please note that it is always advisable to back up your SPT profiles before installing new mods.

Known problems

  • When using Stash Search, by ArchangelWTF, it can happen that if a search-filter is active and you sell items to a trader, the money from the sale will not appear in your stash. You must then clear the search, so that you can see your entire stash again, and sell another item to a trader, then you will receive the money.

Support for 3.11.x

I will try to continue supporting SPT 3.11.x as long as the SPT team also supports this version. However, I cannot promise this 100%. Support will be limited to bug fixes and minor adjustments.

Support and feature requests

Please note that I maintain all my mods in my spare time. Therefore, I can only invest a limited amount of time, especially when it comes to support requests.

  • Some configuration dependencies from the “Show Me The Money” mod have been removed. Previously, if you disabled the display of flea market prices in the main mod, for example, quick selling at the flea market would no longer work. The quick sell functions can now be enabled and disabled directly in the Quick-Sell mod via F12-configuration. This means that it is now possible, for example, to disable all functions in the main mod but still use the full range of functions in the Quick Sell mod.

Would you be able to add a feature to prevent selling non FIR items to the flea. My server is going off old Flea rules of must be Found in Raid to sell to it.

Would be awesome to see in the config as a toggle option.

Hey, a question about that: Did you use the “Can only sell items with ‘Found in Raid’ tag” option via SVM, or do you just do it that way without modifying any configs?

Oh, OK. :D Quick-Sell allows selling to the flea market despite the setting. So I have to take that into account. I’m currently working on a new version for the main mod – but afterwards I’ll look into your request and make sure that the Quick-Sell mod takes this into account if the option is enabled via SVM.

OK so now that you added this update I can’t sell non FIR items to traders. Easy oversight.. Looking forward to the fix :)

Also broke the showing of Flea prices on FIR items. It only shows on non FIR items for some reason. Tried changing the options in the plugin but no luck. That’s for your other mod btw.

love the mod and everything, its insanely helpful, but ive been getting an error where anytime i try to quick sell to flea i get “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

other than that, mod is perfect

Thanks for the kind words, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing a bug. Do you have any logs for me? You can upload them to justpaste.it, for example, and post them here. Is there a specific item causing the error? Is it a standard EFT item or an item added by another mod?

Sorry, I can’t see anything that would lead me to the cause of the error at the moment. I can see which mods you have installed from the logs and will try to reproduce the error locally on my system. However, I am currently still ill, so it will take a few days, sorry.

It has been confirmed that UI Fixes 5.0.2, Show Me The Money 2.0.0, and Show Me The Money - Quick-Sell 2.0.0 are installed, and that multi-selection of items, price display, and quick-sell hotkeys work normally. However, it is not possible to sell multiple selected items in a bundle, whether at a vendor or in the flea market.

I reintegrated multi-select support in version 2.0.1. Items get auto-stacked for the flea-market again.

Oh, that should work, but there seems to be a bug at the moment. I’ll take a look at it.

Thanks for the feedback. I will investigate. SPT4 got some changes in terms of the flea-market and I still have to learn what was changed.

Little update on this: SPT 4.0.0 and 4.0.1 have a minor issue when creating flea market offers. This may result in my mod displaying inaccurate prices. The SPT team is already working on the issue and a fix will likely be included in the next release of SPT.

I think what “lilithesuccubus” in his comment meant: You don’t need the “StashSearch”-mod in the current EFT version anymore, because EFT got his own stash-search function now.

Hi Hi~ i notice there is issue with mod Stash Search~ i dunno if it gonna get fixed but letting others know .. if you search for item and try to quick sell it.. item will get sold but i dont get any moni~ so u basically lose it, also i know that mod will no longer be needed for 4.0 anyway… but for who is staying yet on 3.11.. be careful to not lose your items :D

Yes, this is a known issue and unfortunately not something I can fix (I think). In the description of my mod, I describe a workaround for getting your money.

Also i notice same thing happens when selling items from character while having full inv.. item get removed (with warning inv is full) and no moni~ but i guess that’s also known bug ;D Having latest builds of mods and 4.0.2 SPT .. well just in case gonna write it down. :) Cause now i wonder what means “Quick-selling is only possible from the inventory-screen for now.” I guess it means Character screen it self

Yes, the ‘Character’ screen is meant. Theoretically, you could also offer quick sell in the ‘Trader’ screen, etc., but that comes with its own set of problems. :D
