TEP-300 Backport and Fixes

Backport of Peltor TEP-300 for SPTarkov 4.0.3 with fixes.
Included model has gray color and preserves all statistics of Peltor ComTac II headset from SPT.
Weight has been adjusted to be more realistic, instead just copying 1:1 existing headset, like BSG did.

The earplugs are unlocked on Ragman LL2, no quests required.

Look to my other reply, it should be compatible with most other items since it has no conflicting items assigned as overwritten property, but apparently there are outliers, from what i tested some time ago it works with most of the stuff.

It cannot be used together with helmets like Altyn as in the online version. Is this a bug or was it designed this way?

I can’t check in-game but item has "ConflictingItems": [] aka conflicting with nothing in overrideProperties so it shouldn’t conflict with any headwear, and for at least some time I won’t be able to tinker with mods that much due to private reasons.

Everything is on GitHub though, if you want to try for yourself, pull request merging doesn’t take long so that’s most I can do for now :/

Thank you very much for creating this awesome piece. As you mentioned “ConflictingItems”, I also tried to check it and found no issues. However, for some reason, it cannot be used simultaneously with helmets like Altyn in the game. I believe this is not an isolated case, as someone on the Chinese EFT forum “oddba” has also discovered this problem. I look forward to you finding time to check this small issue. Once again, thank you for your dedication to the community❤️

SPT show this error when starting : Failed to create item 69092d17ce2a0e0cfe00d860: Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute. They do appear in-game (on the flea only, not ragman) but I can’t equip them, it say no free slot for that item

Good stuff my dude or dudette. I have tried searching for it, but I can’t find anything. What is the sound profile on these? Better than Comtac 6 or where does it go in the list of best to worse?

Same as Live EFT’s (64). BSG basically copied ComTac II 1:1 and just changed its model to make TEP-300

Oh that’s what you meant by preserves all statistics. Forgive me, seems like I gave into my hope of this being a OP headset.

What makes it OP is that it can be worn with pretty much every helmet currently in the game, including the helmets that block other headsets (e.g. Altyn, Vulcan, Maska, etc.), thereby making those helmets viable options, when they previously weren’t.

Killa helmet too I assume. I mean it’s nice, I just expected BSG to make them better than Comtac 6’s since the earbuds were locked to the pass from Arena you know. I myself roll with a facemask and Comtac 6’s.

When I start the server, this error appears: Mod: Nekusi-Peltor TEP-300 Backport + Fixes 1.0.0 is not compatible with the current version of SPT. It was made for SPT: ~4.0.3 Please check for an updated version of this mod. You may encounter issues - no support will be provided! Errors were found with mods, NO MODS WILL BE LOADED
