  1. The reason I wanted this feature is because my friend complained that with an older version of this mod he wouldn’t generate new scavs. It made him sad to run into raids without ammo or whatever. To be honest I’m not even 100% sure if this behavior is still present in the base mod, but I assume so since it’s present in the generated one. Our “testing” hasn’t covered every case — namely how the mod behaves if two clients differ in whether the mod is enabled — but I expect that to work. The client regularly notifies the server that NSOD is enabled when it is enabled (architectural decision), it keeps track per client so far. I just haven’t tested it in the same raid. Unfortunately I’m not sure if the base version worked or not in our case. I think my friend made the complaint and then I altered the mod before I tested the regular version. But I do know my version works. There is only one issue (if you consider it an issue), and that too could be made into a toggle: It keeps your XP. When you die, it leaves your inventory and character as they were, but XP is properly attributed after death. I will make a fork soon™, I was 100% not involved in this process at all aside from the prompt before this message. There is no repository or anything at this time, I built this and put it in my game. If you want to examine it earlier, that link is the source. I only had to point dotnet at some dependencies to get it to build.
