Less of an update rather hotfix with extra steps.

Presets will be fine

Reworked:

Currency/Barter stock/limits can accept 0 as a value now and randomization field is affected by those fields too

Default value of randomization was increased from 480 to 1440.

Fixed:

Disable weekly boss - was only triggering if raids section was on instead of bots section

Car extracts - was disabled due to testing and forgot to turn them back

Tagilla chance on Factory day
