I fixed the Universal Weapon mods. Inside the src folder, open PatchedModPoolService.ts . Replace the lines: import { VFS } from "@spt/utils/VFS"; @inject("VFS") protected vfs: VFS, with: import { FileSystemSync } from "@spt/utils/FileSystemSync"; @inject("FileSystemSync") protected fileSystem: FileSystemSync, The issue is 3.11 no longer uses VFS service, they switched over to FileSystemSync
